Are you planning on using the top via push/pull?

I would recommend the XSPC on push/pull and it'll barely make it

Otherwise Black Ice in either Push or Pull but not both

Or ask them to do a 360 version for you via Sales Support and use the front. XSPC 360 35mm rad with 6 x fans in Push/Pull is what I have got with the Eisberg

Im not looking for any fancy tweaks or fan addons as this would be stretching my budget as it is and been first water cooled looking to keep it simple for now.

So I was thinking the standard radiator with Red UV coolant or another colour may be :)

The units have been removed from sale for the time being.
The reason behind this is due to a unit failure that we are working with the manufacturer to resolve.

This is a one off incident but I have made the decision to halt sales until we are happy that the failure was a one off.

With this being an OcUK branded product, we wanted it to meet a certain level of quality and as such these precautionary steps needed to be taken.

You mean a failure of the Eisberg device itself? Uh oh

I really wanted to try one of these as they looked good but after hearing of failures and leaks in the end I did myself with the Raystorm Kit. At least this way I can make sure the tubing is fitted tightly my own way and can be a little more relaxed about it.

Eek let's hope it is a one off. And us owners aren't affected.

we just got a new batch and the first one we did had the issue.

it was something we hadnt seen before but obviously this isnt the sort of thing I can ignore. anyone with a unit currently will not be affected.

bit of a nightmare.

we sent the products for review. they got damaged in transit.

we sent a replacement. the review site we used had an issue with their reviewer. [namely, he wasnt bothering doing reviews]

the review samples took ages to be returned to us.

they were damaged on their return journey :o

then coolermaster made the eisberg end of life

----------------------------

in all, a total cluster**** of a situation. really about as far from what myself and the OCUK marketing department wanted, especially on a tech labs product.

coolermaster are now backing OcUK and we have exclusive production runs in place for the eisberg which means that we are able to offer the product properly again.

for the time being, I am not pushing for any reviews to be done, simply because I don't have the time to be chasing stuff like that.

Hi, I can get a review done within 2 weeks if necessary?

In talks to get 2 other CLCs sent soon too.
