This was a well overdue job, but finally we got it done today. Also sold some old engines i had lying about so i got some money out of it too! eey:

I really wanted to get somewhere warm and dry to work on the car (AND FLAT!) and this is what we got up to...

The pile of stuff in the middle of the garage needs selling/charity/chucking. The whole of the floor will be clear once that has gone meaning plenty of space to work on the car.

Meant 13hours!...get's worse!
Warehouse work and preparing, repairing and re-stacking staging.
My legs, back, feet, hips, all lower half have been in pain since I was 10, so 13years.
It's currently an unknown, uncurrable cause, and just been getting worse over the years, but over the past year or so really dropped down hill, with the last few weeks being agonising and almost reducing me to tears.
I am over weight, need to loose it (other health issue), but wouldn't say fat, 13.5stone.

I know that I am more or less on weight, but most of weight is fat

I have provlems with my liver so to help that need to reduce my body fat.

Decided if I ever get a ondeo ghia X then a zetec S front and rear bumper will go on, as long as everything else lines up and matches.
I admit, havn't look into it so don't actually know if it's do-able. Ebay suggest around £300 then there's the painting of the thing. =/

Also since it's a different bumper off a different model, but still an official Ford thingyuhmbob how would that affect insurance?

Why would you want to make a Ghia X look like a Zetec S?

Sorry I never understand why people try to make their cars look like a different model in the range. Its like what chavs do to BMWs sticking M badges everywhere or normal Saxos with VTS badges.

The ghia x has the comfort luxaries I would prefer, while the zetec s has the exterior asthetics I like.

Because the Ghia X has fantastic spec but looks boring, and the Zetec-S looks great but has a rubbish spec.

Back when I was 19 I bought a Mondeo Ghia X and fitted the bodykit from the ST24/Zetec-S.

No regrets at all. I ended up with a car I felt, at the time, looked fab, yet had all the spec of the top of the range Ghia X version. I didn't want to put up with cloth seats and no cruise control just to get the bodykit.

How old are you? A voice in my head says your 23/24, for some strange reason.

And then I just fill in the blanks with drug money or wealthy family so you able to afford the fiver.
