As someone who recently bought a PS4 and asked the same question.

The Last of Us
Bloodborne (though I bought my PS4 for Bloodborne)

But it really depends on what type of games you like.
 
I'm sure there are guides to doing it, but I've not tried. I have a disc copy that came with the console. The Order is a good game. Short and not very deep, but looks stunning and great fun. Easy to get a platinum on that.

Really easy. Open another account using a US address (I used the University of Alaska; no sales tax in Alaska, lots of people use Beverly Hills 90210, but that would get you Sales tax added). Buy the game from a third party such as Amazon or whoever, if Amazon you need a US account with them as well. Then just enter the code into the console in the normal way. I've got about a dozen games on my PS4, all playable through my regular UK account once they are registered to the US one.
