As you level up you do move faster, you can also get Zombrex for completing certain missions if you don't have $50k to buy it from the pawn shop.

Where do the 'combo' cards come from? Do I just earn them with missions as well?

You earn them rescuing survivors/killing pyschopaths and some are also hidden around the 'city'.

I have a side mission, but also need to give Katey her Zombrex, thing is which ever one I choose I end up running out of time on the other! So obviously I go for the side mission first as I don't want to miss that but I just run out of time.

Question is, if I miss these side missions, do they turn up again later in the game?

I got this yesterday. This game is just pure fun and has me laughing so much. Currently have Chuck wearing a silly mask, the glasses, nose and mustache one, and every cut scene shows him wearing it. Watching him try to be serious during a cutscene while wearing those just has me laughing.
