Not just you. It's pot luck.

Use the server manager, you can join a half full server or an empty one and wait for people to arrive. The problem with matchmaking is that if you are waiting in a lobby to start a new game you need an empty server to take advantage of, which there are often none.

The demo is great...but if I were you I'd just hold out till the 11th. The full game will be so much more than what the demo is

It's a demo, and you have a week of playing said demo. so you may as well wait to be honest.

Hmm... got to the end of the 2nd map on expert when my fps began to grind to a halt, getting slower and slower until the game gave up completely. Quite frustrating.

OH MY GOD!

All the waiting made up for it, just joined a random server and took us a good hour or so to escape in Expert!

Fun game, disapointed the demo is so short though.

Also very disappointed about the whole matchmaking, seems like a step backwards for PC users to me.
