. Giving a personal attack because of my opinion on a game makes you look quite sad really. Would you have responded in the same fashion if someone said "Great game" without giving an explaination?

Well if someone's voicing a positive opinion it would often just be met with agreement but when you go the other way it would be helpful if you gave some reason in your original post rather than leaving it to get attention.

just got news on the hlds mailing list that they have fixed the connectivity bug and a patch should be on steam.

it just came out... not many servers will be updated for 30 mins-an hour
worked for me.. connected to an empty lobby..
created my own server and played with a mate for an hour

I just got kicked off a server A hunter jumped me, and these 3 french players were just standing there watching me. They were more intrested in shooting each other, so i gave them a few filthy words over the mic. Got voted off!
Absolutley loving the game. I'm playing it more than FC2, FO3 and Deadspace right now. Just preordred it. Can't wait

Today - kill my sister who has been zombified for the last few days, if only i had some vinyl records
Monday - Shaun of the Dead, Dawn of The Dead (original), Day of The Dead (original), 28days/weeks later
Tuesday - remakes day, Dawn of the dead (loved the remake), land of the dead (meh), Diary of the Dead (loved it)
Wed - Im actually a fan of the resident evil movies so they are a possibility when im burned out from the games first 24 hrs
