played a brief game with triggerhat with some other randoms and it's amazing how easy it is to wipe them out as infected or escape. Randoms = no teamwork and also, nubs.

Perhaps try adding some of the more prolific players on steam and more invites will come your way

Ah, I don't use that side of it - just use it for rcon. It's quite rare I have it running for more than a minute or two a day.

Might change hostname to "OcUK - Private 5" if ocuk boys don't mind

No-one will object at all. In fact, you'll find yourself quizzed a lot less on some OcUK servers!

I'm a bit annoyed now, I thought my Left 4 Dead was running fine since the patch and wasn't suffering any frame rate issues since the patch like others reported.

But now it's dropped from 60ish to 30ish FPS :mad:

This is on 1440x900 on High detail with 4xAA/AF and V-Sync off.

Oh well, back to WoW until this is fixed. I just spent £600 on a new system as well!

Edit: fixed it now! All I did was defrag and verify the game files. I also resetted my video settings back to default, before changing it back to what I played with before, and it runs fine now
