Given the race is only 44 laps (seems short given 2 mins a lap), how long is the Sprint? 8 laps? Almost pointless if that is the case.

Sprints are 100km, so 15 laps at Spa. Hardly pointless if it's the same distance as any other sprint?
Anyway, I'm hoping for a dry start with rain to come to mix things up a little.
