There was a cars width though.. If you’re on the outside in the wet you have to know a car might do that to you.

Only a 5 second penalty for taking someone out of the race is pretty lenient. He went into the side of Perez and had loaddds of space.

Hamilton only understeered into him because Pérez pushed him onto the grass immediately beforehand.

SC laps really robbed us of a more interesting Sprint. With another 4 laps those inters would have fallen apart. Especially as they would have pitted for them sooner.

Hamilton hit Perez, Stewards have more info than us so harsh or not it's a penalty for Toto to rage over

Seems pretty clear to me. Hamilton hits inside curb (maybe gets loose ? need to see the onboard), then understeers into Perez's sidepod. An unfortunate racing incident in tough conditions but because it damaged Perez's car and race it seems a fairly normal penalty.
