What a load of tosh! The rain created the situation but Bianchi’s crash was down the FIA’s balls up of never really enforcing drivers slowing down under double yellows and then assuming double yellows would be enough to cover a recovery vehicle trackside of the barriers.

Handled correctly between VSC’s, actual SC’s and red flags there’s no reason they can’t race in the wet.

Was agreed prior to the race because of the short pit lane.
