Watched highlights and did seem a clumsy race

Kudos for Ocon for scoring a podium
He’ll probably crash out at turn one at Spain…

The rain caught everyone out. Even had DC on the commentary saying he'd phoned his girlfriend who lived a few miles away saying it's not raining. Nobody expected it and it came down hard suddenly. I'm guessing the newly laid tarmac made it even more slippery than usual.

22 may be a lot for Monaco, but I'd suggest making a comparison to a rain-affected race on a non-street track.

May have been the best Monaco race in a number of years, thanks to the rain. Just goes to show that mixed conditions and mixed tyre strategies adds to the excitement.
