Half a second from 1st to 9th is closer than I was expecting in all honesty

(although that's a quarter of a second from 1st to 2nd and then another quarter from 2nd to 9th and Max sounds disappointed like he didn't get a good lap in...)

Some hope for Ferrari as their biggest weakness was tyre wear during the race, which seems much better based on testing long-runs.

Pretty incredibly from RBR, still managed to clear pole by some margin with a relatively significant design change on their car.

Nope it’s basic stereo with no DD, very quiet and compressed. The F1 HD channel is fine, as is Main Event UHD which is simulcasting.

There’s a thread about it on the Sky forum.

Looks fairly ominous for the season, if that's Red Bull struggling, Max hasn't seemed that happy most of the weekend.
Their race pace looked pretty ominous

I would say its a bit of both. I do think Max is probably fastest. Leclerc and Hamilton are a match in a similar car.
I think it suits Max to have a team mate who is not a challenge.

Lando might be quick but makes a lot of mistakes and usually at critical times, he can be fast when the pressures off but as soon as a good result is on the line he makes errors.

Looks like another red bull borefest anyway, been like that last 2 years, went would it be any different now.
