Nice going by Merc. Great lap by George. Does seem uncanny how he almost always beats Lewis by a couple of tenths, whatever the circuit. Seems like he's just got that slight Marvin over Lewis on Saturdays now.

Lewis normally goes better in the race though.

Mind you, what’s the weather update for tomorrow? Be typical that we get a British top 3 in qualifying then a complete dice roll for the race with regards to weather etc

I believe they can repair damages but it'll be under FIA microscope so everything remains exactly the same.

Depends where you look but generally sort of 50/50 chance of light showers during the race period.

If it's raining on and off, it could well be a complete free for all of tyre swapping, pit rushes, safety cars and flags etc.

Most weather models suggest strong chance of rain. We'll see, but I'd expect it to at least be passing isolated showers that may make for some interesting changeable conditions.

Meteoblue model which I'm finding to be the most "accurate" at the moment. However as with all forecasting take it with a pinch of salt. I'll be keeping a close eye on the weather radar around midday tomorrow to get a good idea.
