I wish. Saved all last year to buy Abbey A tickets but rain is an issue. Tbh she's been reading up on the really poor shuttle bus experience and has been put off by that.

Why are people scared of getting wet, its not like they are going to die. Take a poncho, umbrella, or whatever if you want to try and stay dry, or just turn up in speedo's/bikini and enjoy being cold and wet.

Sadly not. I always wanted to take her instead. I think I'll end up dragging her one way or another as I cannot figure out where or how to resell these

Silverstone with showers forecast whilst the top teams are getting close is probably the best F1 event you could wish to go to..

Interesting analysis of George Vs Lewis laps. Lewis was up most of the first half of the lap until Maggots where in the high speed direction changes, George was quicker. Lewis seems to have noticeably more understeer but he seems to be able to translate that to better low speed corner exits by maintaining a wider line slightly further from the apex exiting wider, aiming to straighten the car quickly to put the power down.

I just hope the Brit lads don't trip each other up as you know who is waiting in 4th to pounce!

How can you get tickets (expensive) for an outdoor event in the UK if you're afraid 9f the rain?

Being the total pessimist that I am, I can see the top 3 trying so carefully not to take each other out that Mr Youknowwho will breeze past on the first corner

Wasn’t he only offered a 1+1 at Merc though? Meaning they could decide to bin him off after the first year? Maybe he preferred the longevity of the Ferrari deal?

Albeit they are going backwards right now… Hopefully Newey sorts it out for them next year….
