Expected outcome really. It was unfortunate that he was there at the wrong time, he had nowhere to really go. But impeding is what it was.

This. I didn't think he'd get away with that one.

Looks like it might be a weekend to forget for Lewis, but hopefully he can still get some decent points.

Wonder if it's worth him taking a new PU and starting at the back.

If there's nowhere to go, how is it impeding? They can't be expected to teleport out of the way.

Daft.

Looks like Williams are having a terrible weekend.

Well if you're on your out lap or in lap then you are deliberately going slow, so there is always somewhere to go, it's called ensuring your race engineer communicates what cars are coming up behind you and when. The track gets busy so it's inevitable they don't always get it right, not sure how this is anything but Ham/Mercedes' fault.

Williams driver Alex Albon has been disqualified from the results of Saturday’s qualifying session at Zandvoort due to a breach of the technical regulations.

Albon had qualified eighth for the Dutch Grand Prix but will now start from the rear of the field thanks to an issue with the floor of his heavily updated car.

The stewards’ conclusion read: “The floor body of Car 23 was found to lie outside the regulatory volume mentioned in Article 3.5.1 a) of the FIA Formula One Technical Regulations.
Genuinely gutted for him. He'd been on the pace all through Q and starting P8 in that car was one hell of a result.

Not a big fan of this track TBH. Not sure what the race will be like.

Same.
Its not a favourite.

Hoping for a piastri win with Russell 2nd but it's a big ask and unlikely.

Would also love to see perez actually perform and beat max. That would really ruffle things up!

Really want to see Albon get some good points. Great showing for him/Williams. Probably the stand out drive for me.

Not expecting much excitement tomorrow. But grid does seem nicely Jumbled in mid field.

He could be driving a bit faster when on the racing line, when there's nowhere else to go?
They all want to drive as slow as humanly possible, but when someone's behind you on a quick lap, a rethink is needed. Race engineer surely to blame too?

Got to say, I'm gutted about Albon. It's not that I'm a huge Williams fan or anything, but I'd like to see them dig themselves out of back. Feel like they're getting the team together to do so also.

I never get why people don't like this track. I've thought it's been alright since it's return! Does seem to split people down the middle though.

I think unless Max and Norris take each other out/have problems, both of those scenarios are unlikely!

Loving these rumours of Sargeant being given the boot, and Schumacher or Lawson being given the remainder of the season.
He's an embarrassment for the sport.

Probably would be Mick if they make an immediate change, Mercedes reportedly don't want to put Antonelli in the Williams (rather he finishes his F2 season) and Liam Lawson is still a contracted Red Bull driver (for now)
