Very nice score on the 7950 and added

Gregster is it possible to have this as a separate entry. Its my spare GTX 690 (also the worst clocker of the 3). I gave it a run on my X58 i7 975 system and it came up with a graphics score 650 points higher than it did on my X79 system.

How did you manage that?!
@ greggs coolant, I would advise anyone interested to pick up the new red instead of the old 'light red', as sometimes light red can be a bit too light and then you have to faff around with dye.
I bought some light red a while back and it was a very pinky red
Lol at my typo. I suppose you do hang around in the kitchen a lot though.
I blame the phone! Pc is out of action as i need to reformat and reinstall windows. (I've broken it)
hehehe, sure thing, head on down to the photography sub section here, there are some VERY talented photographers lurking around (Raymond lin to name drop 1)
There you go mate, this is actually the link to my higher score that i didn't post lol.

thank you kind sir
as for sending it back I may have to buy a second one
If I'm not mistaken all those above me are on water too
No water blocks for the Matrix Platinum though you could do a bodge with the Antec Kuhler, zip ties and some fans?
okie dokie, understood every word
I should already be on there! I used to loads of hwbot submissions and used to hold loads of medals.
Not logged on in ages but used to have the highest overclock on a i7 without using extreme cooling which was just under 5Ghz.
From memory that gtx 470 was a suicide run at 5ghz plus something stupid like 890mhzz on the gtx470 and myu watercooling fans on 100%
EDIT: Just spotted a problem, that benchmark result was with the very first version of 3dmark11 and it won't let me subnmit it as a valid result
Tbf we should all use the latest version to keep a level playing field.
V.1.0.0.0 wouldnt even get cpu and graphics card speeds correct (gpu shows idle speeds)
The only difference is the my cpu in the current version is only running at 4.3 and 5Ghz plus both my cards are at 700Mhz not the 890 the single one was.
Not a problem. If I get time at the weekend I'll do a 5ghz cpu/890Mhz single gtx470 run and SLI run and add them as my proper scores.
