**Official 3D Mark 11 scores**

Realy appreciate those settings 8 Pack and thanks for your time in posting them :) I will give them a test in a little while and see how I go.

Thanks again mate :)

No problem. Hey are you benching for Overclock.net??? Thats the same team as me!!! I am currently there number one ranked bencher.

EDIT: Yep just saw you are nice one bud!!! where are you in the country maybe we can pool hardware and hit some massive scores for the team GTX680 style.

Yep I joined them today :) I see you are the man and very impressed mate. I am near Colchester and would love to see some extreme benching some time. I have got the bug for it and want more.

As for those settings, It wouldn't post :( I think it is the memory causing me the issues.

Gregster saw you did 06 with 680's. XP is your friend mate!!! XP for 06 on Nvidia!!!

lol ok bro...I will dig it out and bung it on an older drive :)

No go with those settings and debug code was 00. :( I am starting to get a rage on now

Where is your place of home then 8 Pack?

200 points better is a nice improvement. It is cold outside tonight, so tempted to get me coat and do some benching :p

I am glad to see I am not the opnly one who gets the upgrade itch as well...It chews away at me thinking what do I need :D

To help your decision bro, you know that X79 and CF/eyefinity is pretty much hit and miss? For that reason alone, I would wait and you kick my ass at our resolutions anyways, so don't rub it in more :p

I am not sure but I found others having the same issues with other boards. I think it is mostly shown as ROG boards purely because they are sold the most.

His score looks fine to me with a 7970 @ 1320 core and 1875 mem. Surely VirtuMVP would have made his score much higher if it was switched on.

Yer with those clocks and virtuMVP running, I would expect at least 15K on the GPU scores. Something is amiss.

I don't have VirtuMVP but how do you tell if someone is using it.

Edit checkout the watercooling section please gregster I have decided to go with the 800D, I can't wait for Corsair and the 900D.

I found out how to check if Virtu is being used and it is pretty fool proof :)

I will go look right now Sir :)

Any score that shows any kind of discrepency (like HD3000/4000) will not be submitted. This is my rules and anybody who does not like it, don't submit. It is the only way to allow fair scores and disable it from the BIOS if you feel you have a good card and want to submit your results.

In the scores I ran, the only time VirtuMVP showed up was when it was enabled. After uninstalling it, it never did pop into the scores. Just disable from the bios if it shows on the scores and done job :)

Me neither but disabling onboard gfx in the bios will not show it. Saves any questions and proves each score was done fair.

I don't have mvp installed!! Never have, even when I submitted my score with my previous card that was accepted. The only things that have changed is I have fitted a 7970 and 12.11 beta drivers. The rest is unchanged.

Any score shown previous shows only 1 GPU and any score with VirtuMVP shows a "secondary Graphics". On your score, I see this:

VirtuMVP.jpg

I am not saying you cheated or intended on cheating but disable your onboard GPU (IGPU) and rerun the test. With 1320Mhz GPU and 1870Mhz Mem clocks, you will be flying into the top 10 :)

It certainly wasn't my intention to deceive, I'll look into it when I get back home.

100% agree bud and at no time have I thought you was. It may not even be on/helping but I have seen scores which are "questionable" yours isn't one of them, and looking deeper, you can see HD3000 or HD4000 as a secondary GPU.

Very good clocks though and great score. I would disable the onboard from the BIOS and run again.

How would I improve Physics score gregster!! thanks for the link will read!

Overclock your memory. I had to have loose timings on mine to get it to 2333Mhz. It is something that 8 Pack is the man for tbh. I tried several different settings and still a no go. My fault for not going for the recommended memory and chancing my hand at some Avexir :(

My timings are 11-12-12-30-2T if that helps at all.
