**Official 3D Mark 11 scores**

I'll have a dig about in the registry later today, I might have a restore point, I did only install windows a week or so ago. As I said, with USB installs re-installing windows has become relatively painless :)

I've had that many errors fly out of this system over the last few days it could be anything, the one that stands out was the page file related BSOD, I'd imagine a page file going belly up could cause any number of corruptions.

Scores updated. I have not changed yours PGI as less than last time. Cheers for the 560TI Scotty, it is the first one we have had and thanks to Humbug for the 7870 as that is also the first one :)

Shows how far we have come over the space of two generations when a single 670/680/7950/7970 is scoring higher than quadfire 5970's. I can't help but thing something (drive side?) is wrong, genuinely would expect to see a near 10K score in quadfire.

The 975 is holding out well, still scores higher clock for clock than a 2500k/3750k.

I see i'm behind the 7850, he's using a 3570K @ 4.8Ghz... that's not fair *cry's* excuses excuses.... perhaps you should use the GFX score instead of the overall score, if this is for GPU's :p:cool:

I think your right the run above is for a single card so for 2 cards im getting negative scaling or close to it.

Thats about stock 7970 scores, not bad at all. Get the CPU to 4ghz you may be looking around a 10K physics score :)

Edit: Just about to see if I can get things working again, so maybe a score from me tonight :)

I think quadfire in this benchmark with HD 5970s is a bit broken. Having said that the drivers have improved at least I can run the benchmark now in the old days all I got was a system crash.

I think Im having a lot more fun running my HD 5970s instead of my other cards.:D

Im working on ocing the CPU the problem is when I reach the physics section. At the moment Im not sure if its the cpu or memory or something else but Im trying a few things.

gregster Im done for the time being with my single HD 5970 could you please update its scores on the tables.

What I do find funny is if you go back to when the HD 5970 was first released. Then see what the reviewers were writing about them and now they are some of the slowest cards around. Reviewers love their new toys.
