**Official 3D Mark 11 scores**

Thank you WhyScotty. :).

It had previously been opened and had a sticker on the side saying "contents checked". Four accessories had been opened so I think it was a B-Grade card that has been sent out by accident. OCUK were excellent and arranged for a pick up the same morning I mentioned it (yesterday) but I missed the cut off point as I took a few hours to reply. So the DPD pick-up was arranged for today for a replacement. I'm more than happy and the response was very quick. The staff are a pleasure to deal with (Thank you Bailey).

I wasn't going to mention it as it was a mistake and was instantly rectified but there's no harm done. I'm very happy.

Like you said no harm done, once again though
excellent customer service once OCUK were told about the issue. :)

So when do you expect/receive your replacement?

Will you be also joining us in the surround setup ?

I cheated, lucid tor the win!!!

I was top in SLI (and intend to be again) WhyScotty is just borrowing my 1st place).

Oooh a battle (friendly of course) :D. Well done on getting top spot and also well done to Scotty too.

What I meant though Gregster is that on this link that you posted in this thread #978 http://www.3dmark.com/3dm11/4417266 your graphics score is higher than mine. So why are you not added?. Or was that run invalid or something?.

:D

Yes, OCUK have never let me down and the service was top notch.

It was just picked up yesterday at 4PM so they probably will get the card on Monday and I hope within that week.

I might be joining you all. I'll see how SLI holds up with 3D but might have to wait till January as santa and other people will be wanting my money :(. I might be able to wrangle something to get them. It looks amazing :).

That was nasty, I seen your score before I seen the Lucid announcement and nearly spat my tea out. My ol' I7 doesn't have a clue what Lucid is :D.

oh sorry JD didnt see you asked me a question.

no i havent, but id imagine its 99/100% gpu usage in 3dmark.

it sure is in alan wake!

Brilliant James, thank you. I've been worried about an SLI bottleneck so that information is appreciated from a fellow I7 920 user.

I did try to multi quote you above but it only allows 3 quotes for me for some reason. Really nice score mate :).

Hi,
Ok, I am not going to post my score, as it is not even close :(
But I would like to know what the scores actually mean? i just ran the prog & got these scores:
Graphics 5683, Physics 9497, Combined 5864.
The details further down are:
Graphics Card: Core clock 500Mhz
(should this not use the o/c speed?)

Processor:
i7-2600K, processor clock 3991 Mhz
(this is running at the slight o/c I set it at)

General:
Memory:
Module 1 4096 MB Kingston 9 @ 667 MHz
(should this not run at 1600 MHz?)

Anyway, advice much appreciated as even looking at comparison on 3DMark site, most of the Pscores are around 7200 - 8800
TIA

Mark

Could you answer this please Gregster?. This will be the third time I've asked you now :(. I've even linked to your score in question three times, so I can't see how you've not understood.

You did reply saying you were top score in SLI but in the links of yours it was only one GTX 680 used?.

Or, are you a politician?.

:D

I chose to ignore it a second time bud. I removed my score as I am only interested in the SLI scores and felt as it is my thread, I didn't want to look like I was only doing this thread to 'show off'. I am happy to show off in SLI though ;)

The Lightnings are beasts of cards for us 680 owners :)

I agree with JD on this-

The point of the thread is to shows others what the cards are capable of
and have a bit of a harmless fun comp between ourselves :)

Get your score posted :D

ps- How was your jolly?

Fair enough. I thought that because of what you said earlier and pressed the issue. Maybe a journalist has been born in me now :D.

I think you should add though mate, it's only fair and it's not like you created the thread in knowing you'd get an excellent clocker and be top. It could have been anyone and does not matter at all :). When I add more than the 1.25v on the stock (new BIOS) BIOS I'll be pushing up my clocks and trying to beat that score and that's the whole point of these threads. Now, if you were an MSI employee then yes, I'd see your point but as you're not then you need to get the score in there with us. It's only fair to the thread you've created and I'll never accept first on the GFX score until I actually achieve it so please, add yours in too as I've pointed out that I'm not first and it really seems a bit silly the top score is submitted yet not entered. It gives me and others a level to want to progress towards mate so please, for the integrity of it all, get your score in there.

A few more things though!!!!!. What bloody clocks was that run at?. :D 12691 is a great score. Was it on a flashed BIOS?. What voltages was it ran at?. I've not flashed any BIOS and only added .93v in Afterburner on the LN2 BIOS so I've still got hope in moving the clocks up from the 1359Mhz I manage in 3D Mark. Run about 1333Mhz in games (tested so far BF3 MP only). Any information would be appreciated and sorry for forcing the issue. I just want a true representation of the cards presented and as we all know and understand the overclocking lottery it is when buying a GPU then anyone thinking you are showing off, is an idiot.

EDIT*

Likewise ;)

Superb cheers Neil. I can't do hangovers anymore I have now realised :( Drinking from 9am till 2am is not good at my age... It was great fun though and I am lucky in the fact of getting free trips from Stena Line because of my job :D

Fair point and I will put it back. I kind of felt like I was showing off and I didn't start this thread to do that and I wasn't expecting the top score.

I was on the LN2 BIOS and using the F8 BIOS. I have got one of my cards flashed to the 80.04.28.00.3A as the F8 BIOS wouldn't work on my newer Lightning  I have seen others report the same but I have not noticed any difference between the 2, so all cool :)

I am pretty sure I was over +170 and +620 on the single run to get that score. No way 24/7 stable though. I was very impressed with it and looking around, I seem to have won the chip lottery with the first card.
