Both the cpu & gpu are watercooled for my score. Sadly my 780 doesn't seem to be perfectly stable above 1150. 1228 was ok in games but fails whilst folding. Probably needs more juice, but i'm not inclined to flash the bios.

Wowsers, 14K is quite some achievement.

It's been an extremely stressful few days for me trying to find the cause of my really low physics score on both this and 3dmark 11.

I've swapped drivers, tried different combinations of settings, 6 total reinstalls of windows 8 and 8.1...

A few minutes ago i finally found out what the cause is, it's steam :mad:, for what ever reason, if i download and install through steam my cpu scores go all to hell.

This has been fixed by downloading else where and i'm chuffed to have finally got it sorted:D

Well..........."I did it all by myself".........and........... make sure you don't ask Whyscotty, Zawarudo and Skyn3t of course :D.

Needless to say that my score wont be next to 8Packs' for long ;).

I was mistaken pal,

Did a little more testing today and have found the cause which has baffled me some what..

In MSI afterburner (beta 16), settings, enable official overclocking limits, if i disable this, my Physics score goes to hell, enabled it's fine.

How the hell can that me effecting my Cpu?:confused:

I've tested it all morning and it's definitely this causing it.
 
That's the thing my cpu scores only return to normal with the "extend Official overclocking limits" box is ticked.

sucks really as it seems to stop my clocks dropping when idle.

Nevermind, hopefully new afterburner will sort it.
