I can do 1280/1600 but with worst results.
I am with reference cooler and official bios so I think 1250/1600 are best clocks for this benchmark.

Its almost certain that your high memory clock is the reason for your score decreaing as memory correction is probably kicking in. Try using the higher core with 1500 on the memory.
