As I said in the ti classy thread Geemans card would punch mountains on water lol.
But they're 2-3 times the price and 10% faster than my 290 lol

Me too. The Classy Ti scores I have seen look to smash everything up.

You can bang on about grunt but the scores you're getting arent playable voltages. Not unless you want a dead red pcb
I can run 1300 on core with no problems (+200mV).

What are the safe voltages on these 780's? And are people going to more than 106% on afterburner?
It is all card dependant. If you are water cooled, 1.35V should be no problem but if you are on air with a bog standard reference card, I wouldn't want to use any more voltage than the default.
The 106% really comes into effect when you start to push the cards. With custom BIOS's, you can have some good voltages with a good TDP limit.

I've got an Inno3D 780 with what seems to be an awesome cooler but come next Monday I'll have a waterblock on it. I'll be looking at giving it some mild overclocking but I'm new to Nvidia...
When you pop a custom BIOS on, it gets rid of the boost and allows voltages, so should be pretty much what you are used to

Have a read up and better to get acquainted with it prior to going under water and that way, you will understand more of what you are doing
Read my "How to over volt a Titan or 780" link at the bottom of my sig. It is a little outdated but when you do it, I will point you in the right direction.
