GPUs bomb if I give them 110mhz.. Right now I got the CPU at 4.9 and the GPUs at 1177 boost...

Seems quite poor for Blacks, they should be good for a little more than that even on air. The memory goes very well on them as well. Get rid of the stock BIOS, literally no point benching those cards with it

I didn't touch the memory yet. Found out my CPU does 4.9ghz stable on a H110 though !

TBH what I'm aiming for is 24/7 clocks. I won't even bother otherwise..

I rarely take part in benchmark threads (if ever? oh yeah, one run with 670 SLI) as I'm much more of a gamer..

I battered my 3970x at 4.9 last night and couldn't get it to say uncle. 1.45v was all that was needed to get it rock stable. The only irritating thing is I have that Delta fan cooling my fets, and as soon as I loaded the CPU it goes mental lmao. It obviously thinks it's cooling the CPU..... I'll need to look in bios to see if I can just set it to a given speed.

Edit. The GPU I killed was a 6970L cheapo reboxed as a regular TFIII. As soon as I touched the memory it just died.
