....3 wickets down now, Aussies are dead in the water. England mauling them left, right and centre. Aussies might as well concede otherwise this is going to be an embarrassing defeat....dont see many Aussie fans in the stands and i dont blame them

Swanns just gonna bowl all day from one end and they'll eventually get out to him.
It's a bit like the bad old days for England where we'd get totally bogged down trying to fend off Warnie at one end while getting battered by McGrath, Gillespie and Lee on rotation at the other end!
It doesnt really matter as no matter how badly England bat, the Aussies cant get anywhere close to what England make as a total
.Aussies are really in a state of disarray, first they sack their original coach Arthur then its leaked that there are huge problems between Clarke and Watson along with Warner getting into a fight with Root during the Champions trophy...and now the icing on the cake is that Cricket Australia are investigating how an offensive tweet got onto their twitter account.
I think this will be a boring series. Obviously I want England to win, but how it is at the minute, there would be more of a challenge against pretty much any of the top nations. They are just playing unbelievably poor. Don't get me wrong, the English bowling is very good, but they just don't need to be.

If our batters were all actually in decent form this would be a bloodbath, we've been relying on 1 or 2 decent scores every innings to get us a reasonable total. Cook, KP and Trott have all got 50's but no tons.
Same here, I love English cricket, I love to see them win and have followed them a long time etc etc so seeing them dominant in any series is great BUT, this is the Ashes, its meant to be hard fought, well earned victory where they come out the other end with team and fans exhausted from the fight.
That is not quite fair tbh. Clarke is one of the best batsmen in the world, regardless of how bad the rest of the team are.
Indeed he is but so far he has been utterly rubbish, i dont think hes fully recovered from his back problems altho he seems to be fine but hes been in very bad form lately.
Dont get me wrong i like Clarke, hes a very good batsman but he isnt doing very well so far. He needs to get a big score soon otherwise its going to be a long painful summer for them.
Personally i think Mike Hussey calling it a day before the ashes started was a huge blow, hes an amazing batsman and when on form, he could literally take apart any bowling attack.
There are a few players in the Aussie team who are good but haven't performed.
Aussies showing a bit of backbone now, both Clarke and Usman making a good partnership...its just delaying the inevitable as i cant see Clarke or Usman making a century each or more.
But who knows, maybe they will and it will get exciting for the last day
