Could I stick a sound coard inbetween the xfired cards I wonder or is that not recommendable?

Should have bought a modular PSU and I had the whole pc in bits the other day need some more cable ties to tidy it up a bit but I don't really care on the whole I can't see it

Im am ready to change to crossfire 5770's. im going to sell my 4870x2 on the MM and buy a 5770 and get the misses to get me another for xmas. Going to upgrade my board to 3 way crossfire and add a third sometime next year.

Latest guru3d reviews shows crossfired 5770s to be better in 6 games 4870x2 only came in better on 3 games and that was by slim margins. OCED 5770s would win in all. The games the 5770s win is by big fps aswell. a lot of the time 10 or more fps. plus less power consumption and D11

It gives mildly better results IIRC.

It is indeed running two Sycthe S Flex fans push pull at full speed with one at the front of the case as well and I cannont hear the cards over this.

Not sure if 2 of them would fit properly though. I have a antec 902 with the gigabyte x58 UD3R board. looks rather tight not sure i would get 2 in? was thinking about buying the new asus ones with the custom cooler. they are 2 slot.

My 4870x2 is dual slot cooler and when it is in the top pcie express slot it go over the second pcie slot.
