Anyone else have problems with their friends list? Mine never shows people as online even though I'm on the same server as them.

Recon probe. You throw it somewhere and it automaticaly spots any enemies in the area nearby it. Bit pointless on hardcore though, other than for gaining a little extra score for the spotting.

I've given up trying to connect to it myself - just going to cancel it I think. I and everyone else that has tried to connect insta-CTDs.
 
They should have a server status page on the the BC2 site so we know if it's down or not!

I won't be on till about 20:30 tonight. That is when it normally goes down though. :(

Got on eventually, had a awesome game did the map from BETA and they got the first two stations and that was it was with one of the best squads i have been with we owned everyone on that map :D:D:D
 
Anyone had a problem where they're almost unable to move about but oddly can fly UAV/helis?

Don't think it was lag either, had it on two out of the 3 servers I've tried this evening. Other one was fine all were showing 100-150 pings.

Ok just got chance (like 30secs since the other heli took me out as soon as I got 1/4 way across the map) to fly it on the PC, as far as I am concerned its way more agile on the PC compared to the Xbox.

Looks amazing in DX10! sun is a bit too bright some times though lol

Awesome game but one disconnect and one CTD in one hours gaming, very annoying plus the server search takes forever; easily best plaftorm by miles though -was playing on FcUK clan server.
 
is anyone else experiencing the game crashing after 5 mins of game play....? resulting in total computer freezing and im having to reboot each time....:mad:

dosent happen when i play the single player mode.


anyone heard of this or have a fix????
