Does the hardcore tfu server have the map on or is it full on hardcore? Would like to play with you guys but immot really good enough for that level of hardcore. Like my little map to help me out
No map, its proper hardcore.... I dont think you can turn the map on ?? Will look later tho.
Lol Playing on TFU server, soo many people camping on the hill between the spawn point on both sides. I was surprised to find Goon lurking in the water behind the rocks
lol to be fair, i spawned on my squad.... whats more why would i wont be sat on the island getting sniped..... i might use that spot more! Did our job and held the mcon
Being honest here..... Cant believe how much people CRYING over Hardcore.... I'm saying this as an impartial person, since BC2 came out my clan started off in Hardcore and then moved to Normal and now back to Hardcore... I can play just as good on either mode, granted it takes me a few round to get it to it but hey!
Problems:
Hardcore = To many guns can 1 shot you
Normal = An entire clip needs to be emptied to kill them
Something in the middle would be great... Its DICE to blame not players!
Can we PLEASE stop all this pointless **** about how HC or NORMAL is rubbish/good etc etc..... i just play to have fun with all the clan guys and girls.... Nothing more!

Sorry dont agree with Rifle and Squark, i'm not a great player but do ok my aim is fine... What really really winds me up is the number of times i've hit sum1 while they are running away only to see the last kill bullet hit a brick wall frustrates the living crap out of me... You'd be lieing if you haven't experienced that in the past!!
Let me put it simpler not to attracted more flame.... The game would be perfectly balanced imo if they had something in between HC and Normal.
HC and Normal both have the down falls, if you want to bring pointless things like "try aiming" in this thread then carry on wasting every1's time, really narks people off with irrelevant "LEET" comments like that!

Cheers edelweiss, im on bt option 3, (upto 8mb), rarely go's much above 5mb, particularly bad after 6.30pm until 10.00 ono, i was getting a little bit of lag tonight, same as most nights at this time tbh.

I have had nothing but murder with the servers the last few days..... 2nite the big HC server was kicking every1 who TK'd once....

at minute its a bit hit and miss goons hc server has been emptyish and most on here dont like hc
the sqdm doesnt hold settings or has mind of its own (was down earlier) this has put people off it aswell.
nM one is sorted but you need people to start it off .
the thing which makes it hard is how the friends works its pretty bad or best to useless. this is why ive been playing cod 4 again a lot
ill play bfbc2 with anyone though if you want a game but also waiting for my card to be rmad which sucks cause im on a old 7900gtx at moment
I've now come to the conclution that once you buy a MP server, it starts off great then they over load the box with other server.... for no reason what so ever the dam SQDM server will just go down and needs to be restarted!!
The HC server has now started to have lag issues and random crashes.... I thought DICE/MP had sorted this problem out!!
Grrr Hope BF3 isn't like this!

Now i remember why i hated BC2..... The servers are utter ***p.... wont be buyng our 64 man BF3 server from Multiplay thats for sure... roll on iseries next week going to have a strong word with MP staff!

Lol yes you did that also.... it will come with time! The best time to play any FPS game is on release any time after means your gonig to get owned haha!
People said the same thing about BC2 when it was in BETA.
I personally love BF3, even on Metro. Caspian boards is very much a BF2 map. I wont ever play BC2 again, BC2 for me felt too crappy, the hit boxing were crap so were the gun's! BF3 is where its at for me.

Ok fair enough, every1 will have different expectations of the game i guess. I've been looking at it from an infantry point of view and to me it works fantastic!
