why not just do what l4d did matchmaking on dedies?

if you're obsessed with making a console style mp that is.

but clearly there ain't going to be deds.

I really enjoy CoD Singleplayer. The MW SP is particularly good. I just hope this one is a bit longer to help justify the price tag as CoD titles seem to stay expensive for a very long time.

I mean really if it is all about the MP then why don't they just do a MP only game like TF2 or CS rather than a 4 hour SP campaign??
 
PC sold over 4M copies of CODMW2 so as the profit margins are much higher than consoles that's probably equivalent to 6-7M console games so no doubt Activision take the PC seriously its a lot of money still even compared to the gigantic console sales!!
 
i dont understand why, since after cod 4 was a great success, all the others have been sold for £5 more than any other game on all the platforms. ill give this one a miss for now but may rent it later to do the campaign on 1 of the console versions, unsure
 
Enjoy the single player also, shame the MP was let down so badly in MW2 buy P2P and hackers/cheaters,

Hope they have learned something from this at least if they are going down the same road again
 
Modern Warfare 2 expansion pack would be more apt. Cute how comments are moderated before they appear, so i assume only the fanboy comments will get shown.
 
The explosive decoy care package raised a smirk, as did the turret missile counter system. Besides that it's just the same old game underneath.
