***Official DC Universe Online Thread***

yeah kinda wish i went on the US just never got on with many US peeps in the past so kinda avoid them but the EU seems to be a hard place to get anywhere in this game for me. Seem to be stuck mostly solo and there isnt much to do solo at the end of the game without having to wait around for ages doing nothing while waiting in a queue.

Hit 30th level today after casual play since launch so while enjoyable felt short for an MMO. Doubt I'll be subscribing beyond the first month though depends on what the developer's plans are for content.

Im on one of the EU PVE servers and although it says medium population, it seems very quiet. I've completed the start mission to level 3 with a few different characters so far, just to get an idea of the different combat types etc. An interesting game, but plays like a single player game. Apart from seeing a few players running around, I've had no MMO interaction at all :(

So the people that have run out of things to do solo at level 30 have:

done all the challenge mode instances
completed all the movement challenges
completed the instances/hard mode instances
done achievements for world bosses and various other (like loads) feats
found/completed the investigations / briefs / artifact collections

?

Ah let me guess, you're on the EU servers. This is why I went on the US servers. My league are mainly American and it helps lol. Plus we're very well versed with all things duos/hard alerts/raids related. Since most of us were in the beta as well.

This is rubbish We have a large league (over 50 members), and we only speak English in our league chat.. never even seen anyone try speak any other language,& 95% of the open chat is English, so unless you on a real strange server, cant see why you having this problem.
People will always find issue when they want to.

We have quite a few level 30 now (not me I tend to end up getting dragged into every PvP fight :p) ..last night we ran out first hard alerts League only (all levels 30)

None of us were in beta, well none that I know but we doing OK.

If you are on Reality Lost, you will find Gotham is heavily populated where Metopolis is rather quiet. If you head to Gotham you will see plenty of new players and PvP ganks going on :D Was on for 7 hours yesterday and I don't think once I didn't see an area where I was doing missions empty :)

No problems with any of the EU servers here population wise, although I do only play evenings and weekends. Have never had any problems getting groups for anything yet either, luckily. I haven't joined a League yet but I've been invited to a few 18+ english speaking ones which is good to see.

what where?! just french and german on my server.

Bloodstorm (eu pvp) is 99% english speaking in shout etc. THere are a few leagues offering invites for a native language league but thats about it.

I'm on Bloodstorm PvP - You guys Heroes or Villians?

What are your Leagues called?

We Hero's ..was gonna go villains but hero's were so outnumbered choose them, we also have a Immortal League on the Villains side ..well its more of a name holding excise ( yes same name on the both sides on same server :)

We will have villains nights ... that instead of hunting em we will be em :)

We called the Immortals ...tho by my death count ...some one is not listening :P

Got my healer to level 30 last night. Did its first duo and had a blast. I think I will enjoy having this healer character. I even bought PvP gear for those kind of fights. So looking forward to some fun on that side of things. Will continue to get more duos and hard alerts done :)

Im playing sorc (healer) but the duo's are easy enough to just play straight dps and throw the occasional heal on my controller friend who's also in dps stance. The hard alerts though do tend to need a dedicated healer for now.... until some of my 'other friends' can learn how to block occasionally :angry and frustrated face:
