The £89.99 edition, is the only thing extra the statue? Looking at that and the Augmented edition they seem the same apart from the statue.

I haven't looked through the whole thread(so apologies if its mentioned) but is this available for preload on steam yet? If not when is it available.

I need to be able to download the majority of the files before the end of my time off otherwise it wont be worth my time getting a digital copy

It's not out for another two weeks. I'd expect the pre-load (if there is one) two or three days before release.

Damn, so much for wishful thinking, it looks like i might be buying a retail copy then as I head back the week before. I once downloaded at 63 bytes a second using the wifi at nelson , it wasn't even any good once it sped back up again. I was not impressed, especially since it costs £1/hour.

It's Steamworks anyway. Plus a retail copy will be cheaper than the store. :)

I'm looking more and more forward to playing this. I thought that the excitement and hype of it was wearing off, but if anything all this new news has reignited it. I think I will go for the augmented edition, just need to find it at a good price.

Nelson? Just go to any coffee shop in the centre of Cambridge and you'll get reasonable wifi. Failing that come round to mine :p.

Nelson as in HMS Nelson(portsmouth), that would be a long journey...thanks for the offer though.

Whats the average internet speed like at coffee shops? Theres a costa in town which isnt too far away

If I buy retail I will have to buy on the day so it wont exactly be cheap.
