*****Official Deus Ex 3: Human Revolution discussion thread*****

I am very much looking forward to this. I have purposely stayed away from the leaked build, and have not been in the thread which discusses it.

I am very pleased to hear that people are happy with it though, as i would have imagined that selling a Deus Ex sequel to PC gamers would be nigh on impossible:p

I have a week off work starting the 30th as well:cool:
 
As somebody who loved the original, couldn't get into the sequel and have played the leaked demo I am very excited for its release. It feels very much like the first one did to me, which is nice because I was worrying about this game and how much I expected for it to be butchered.

Tried the demo and seems good! May be better on a 360 pad though, thoughts?

Also i assume the graphics will improve a lot in the final product what with this being an alpha build etc, didnt notice much shadowing or detail soo hope thats the case here!
 
Should I buy pc or pS3? i guess pC will look better.

I wonder if it will work with 360 Pc controller. SO I can lie on my bed and play on 40 inch tv.
 
Just pre-ordered it. Some of the trailers on steam look really good and I feel confident the story will be up to scratch.

It's an 18 rated game too - so hopefully some serious story lines in there.

So .... is this worth pre ordering? Only seen one review, that I couldn't read as it was in PC Gamer, but it gave the PC version a pretty high score, 94%?

Wouldn't mind hearing a few players views on it before splashing £30.
