I can confirm that its not true - you choose which way to play,and you have to choose stealthy or lethal just for one of the first mission (and its just about the gun you choose - not the way to play),and it wont affect how you play this mission,if you choose stealthy,you still can play like rambo ;) its just what weapon you gonna get for that particular mission

oh like a silenced tranquilizer gun versus an assualt rifle

Except the boss fight of course... where you can't stealth at all (I dunno, maybe Cloak works there) and have to kill them regardless of how crap your offensive weaponry is. At least Anna Navarra (the only person you have to kill in the whole game I think) has a stealth option by activating her Killphrase.

@compboyo - Its no different to Deus Ex's "Do you want a MiniCrossbow, Sniper Rifle or GEP Gun?" aside from the fact that choice was stupid and the GEP Gun is the only real choice.

I'm getting tempted by this I've just got no clue what to order. Aug Edition would be nice but probably not worth the extra money. Wheres the cheapest you can get them from?

Well if you need to fight bosses best level up fighting/guns skills.

As for augemtned edition also you get 10,000 credits etc..which could be a bad thing. I mean would it be fun if you started with extra guns and money it makes it easier.

THe augmented edtion I see cheapest around 34 quid and 28 for limited edition. So for extra 6 quid it aint bad but ask yourself do you want any the extras...as I listed above

extras:

a 40-page artbook;
a bonus DVD with trailers, trailer storyboards, a making-of featurette, and the soundtrack;
a motion comic;
a fancy box to hold it all.

Yeah I'm not sure which edition to go for, though I'd prefer to get it on steam.

What is this bonus mission - is it only if you preorder a physical copy?

On reading further comments about the extra in game stuff, it seems like its not really worth bothering unless you're a fan of the franchise and a completionist.

The mission with Tong could be interesting. Don't think the items are all what they're cracked up to be though. Silenced Sniper Rifle is another thing entirely though.
