Silencer can be bought in Detroit Tefal. From a weapons guy in same building as Double T :)

It's damn sweet when it's silent :D

saurat?

he didn't have one when i went there :(

you tried the ap mod for it? compeltly negates armour (including augs) with teleporting bullets :D

does the game end if you wipe out everyone in the polcie sation + detroit?

just wodnered how the game would deal with such a mass murder, ie would the army come i nthe game just end or eveyone ignore the genocide.

The pistol is the weapon I have done up lots too. Mine has silencer, laser sight, faster reload and AP bullets.

I got the silencer from some dude in a block of flats where the only way into said flats was through a window on the fire escape.

There was a "leaked" alpha of this going around on torrent sites.

I said leaked in quotes because it was done on purpose, we were even allowed to discuss it on here.

So, if you want a "demo", go download that now :)

Hmm may do that I suppose, as long as it's legal.

I chose to give away my highly modified pistol as part of the main story. I begrudged him taking it but he will probably help me out later on I'm hoping..

Anyone else experiencing stuttering? It's really ruining the experience for me. There is a growing thread here http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2075294 (One on the eidos forum too).

Hopefully will be sorted soon.

Only when the game first loads and I do a 360' so everything has to be loaded in to VRAM, after that it's fine until the next re-load. Nothing major really as it only lasts the initial second or two.

According to 1UP, GameStop has found that simply opening all PC copies of Deus Ex: HR to remove the OnLive codes is just too demanding, so they ain't gonna sell the damn things to begin with!
Upon learning that PC copies of Deus Ex: Human Revolution include a code that can be redeemed for a free OnLive copy of the game, GameStop instructed employees to open and remove the code. Customers weren't told this was happening and that they were buying a new, already opened game. Instead of continuing to do that, GameStop is instead pulling all regular edition PC copies from store shelves so they can be recalled.

This is according to a memo sent out to employees that was acquired by Giant Bomb. The reason for this is identified as the included OnLive codes, with the memo reading in part, "As GameStop is developing a streaming service in our Spawn Labs Cloud Gaming Division, the coupon that was included is for a competitive service. We are returning all copies of the PC regular edition to the vendor in agreement with Square Enix."

Employees are directed to use these pulled copies to fill any pre-orders that might remain, but it looks like the remainder -- with the OnLive codes presumably already removed -- will be going back to publisher Square Enix.
