Ursa is a character that I either totally dominate with, or I get shut down very hard with.

I think it comes down to who you're up against and their knowledge and ability.

Blink dagger is vital though. Particularly for Rosh kills too because you can avoid their wards by coming in from secret shop or by tower.

Or a smoke if it's earlier/you're on radiant.

Finished my Jugger, Jakiro, Pudge and Axe compendium games, only Meepo, Earth Spirit, Nyx, Dazzle, QoP and Undying left to go.

Jiggle Billy plays for EHug but he hasn't played a pudge match on his main account for over a year :(

I can't link his videos because of the swearing but I'm sure you are aware of his stuff and if not go check it out. Very entertaining Pudge player
 
Thanks for all the replies re Ursa :) I get blink dagger and mostly the "correct" stuff, but I don't really know when to jungle/rosh/get back in etc so the rages come quite early and then I lose focus.

I have played about 350 games and can honestly say that I haven't been in a game with Ursa that many times. It's not really a hero I have looked at playing before either so haven't paid much attention :rolleyes:
 
I still haven't bought a compendium, the new game modes sound a bit boring and don't really understand the benefits of it to make it worth it.

Blink over Shadowblade.

The biggest tip for Ursa is to do what 95% of Ursa players don't do. Build a hex and there isn't a single hero in the game you can't kill.

You can do Rosh at lvl 3 or 4. Lvl 3 is pushing it a bit

Vlads > Phase > Blink > Hex > BKB > Win
 
Just had an amazing FV game. I've never tended to do well with him as he is so **** early game but got a good farm early as we laning against jungle lane against a solo melee who CM harassed for me. Off to jungle quite early and snowballed from there.

Won the game 4 man as early game we kept getting ganked the mid OD was **** and I kept telling him to report. Was useless so instead he whined then started spamming missing mid every two secs to irritate everyone. Said something along the lines of "well atlesst your mental retardation is of some use now" he got all uppity saying "are you mocking mentally ill people" (making a complete tit of himself in general chat) and I replied along the lives of "well spotted here is jam to improve the taste of the window you are licking" at which he point he ragequit calling me all sorts :p

Not very adult but some people annoy the life out of me.

Me 10/3 Tiny 13/6 with CM and Ruptor assisting and we won anyway :p
