Shame Fnatic is out. That was a great last stand by Alliance though.

I'm rooting for Na'Vi but I still feel it's IG to be the first team to win it twice.

:D Yay no more alliance, fingers crossed rat dota dies with them this tourny

Why would it? Alliance play it very well and its impressive how good they are at it.

Its not enjoyable to watch but it wins them games and they are good at it. Not as good as they were at TI3 but still.

Why would it what? I said fingers crossed aka hopefully, not that it would.

And hopefully it dies off with them, because it's boring to watch, simple as that...

I may want certain teams to do well but i dont care who wins if i get to spectate exciting dota.

I actually enjoyed the Alliance come back, was very tense for them. Was hoping they would beat EG just so the tie breakers would be even more interesting.

I don't understand why they wouldn't target the omni first.

What actually happened earlier on in the Liquid vs Mouz game? It ended 7-0 after only 14 minutes or something, i missed it and just started watching only to see the ancient blow up. Can't understand how a game finished quite that fast unless they threw it?

I'd like Na'vi to win, because they always give entertaining games to watch, but my sensible favourite is DK.

I'm really glad Alliance are out. That game versus Na'vi reminded me why I hated them last year. They really shot themselves in the foot with ESL One I think. Everyone seemed to have forgotten what happens if you let them Ratdoto freely, but them doing well in ESL was a good reminder, so every team banned out Bulldog's signature heroes this TI and they've just folded.

Couple of quick Tinker questions if anyone knows much about him;

- for mana regen do you pick up a passive item like a Linkens or Bloodstone as his ult chews through MBA sonething crazy and bottle doesn't compensate much.
- is aghs worth getting?
- pretty sure this is a 'no' but, does match of the machines effect buildings?

Just experimenting in bot games so tips are appreciated!

Buy boots of travel and go back to base for mana, basically you ping pong around the map going back to fountain in between for mana.

And I don't think March affects buildings.

Soul Ring is pretty vital for Tinker's mana too, you always wanna buy it. You basically wanna use Soul Ring immediately before each rearm to negate most of it's mana cost, then the rearm will reset it's cooldown so you can use it again.

I think most people normally go Bottle > Soul Ring > BoT.

Remember to drop your stat items in the fountain to regen faster.

Edit: Missed the other questions.

Aghs is a pretty recent addition to Tinker and never seems to get used. The Dager/EBlade/Hex on rearm is just too good to pass up, but I guess once you've got all those you could sell your bottle and get one.

March damage deffo doesn't affect buildings. Understandable when you think about how fast a triple march stack would melt a tower. When you get your efficiency up on Tinker you notice that you can push a creep wave up to the tower really quickly, but it takes Tinker quite a while to get towers down compared to other 'Pusher' heroes.

Think I really need to find some new people to play with, my recent lot just seem to say 'gg' after like 5 mins and spend the whole game blaming and moaning at each other.

I'm in the Ocuk group in dota, gonna try and get grouping with some of you guys I think. I desperately need a new grouping experience.

IF any of you regularly stack up let me know or send me a steam invite - I'll happily play support too :p
