Huehuehue, still nightmares from my HoN days.
Should seriously just ban Cyrillic from being typed on EU west servers or any server that isn't eastern europe.
This thread should be much bigger. Dota 2 is the best game Ive played online since Counter Strike back at beta 5.2-6.1 era.
No 2 games play the same. Every character has its strengths and weaknesses. Its the most infuriating, yet rewarding game Ive played.
We need more discussions on the go.

Im partial to Nightstalker, Luna and Bounty Hunter. With a bit of Lich when Im feeling the support role. I might practice with Pudge one day because his hook is so scary in game
Indeed, I've stopped playing recently due to the only other person I know who played regularly is going through his phase of only playing SC2.
Also I apologize for lack of updating OP, I will get it done and more promptly when thread is more active but atm I doubt many people use it as it is just the regulars here.
Favourite hero for mindless fun is Nature's Prophet(furion), chill start to the game in jungle just tping for kills, farm like mad, push like crazy and tp and gank pretty much any hero if they are solo.
Rasta probably my favourite support, landing warp traps are just too fun and great push potential early.
Invoker for mid is also fun due to massive amount of spells, although takes a game or two to get back in the swing of things with him.
What keybinds you use for items?
I'm on 1 2 3 4 5 Spacebar, usually panic items like shadowblade I'll put on 1/2/spacebar as it is pretty easy to hit, I certainly noticed I had better memory of using items when on more familiar binds and easy to hit ones.

Also you guys ever play captains mode? I sometimes get fed up with all the pubstomp picks in all pick which are kinda insta wins if they are remotely competent.

You need your panic buy button surely (well you do as support). Put items in the buy queue, mash queue buyer button as you come close to deathYou can permanently bind certain pets to group control groups if you're a pet class user a lot but considering I hate chen/ench I can't be bothered
It's pretty viable as nyx to go straight from mana boots into dagon and just snipe people 24/7 assuming you went mid. If you gank sidelanes with each rune you become a dreaded missing call too.
Generally if I don't have enough time to click the item in my buy queue there isn't enough time to make the decision whether I need to keep the gold for a buyback.
Don't lane with furion, he has ridiculous auto attack dmg if you can grab a desolater.

If youre doing well can have this around 25 min, then go attack speed item + bkb and you'll tear half their team in a few seconds

Basically different skill level brackets like dotabuff has but it will only reveal it at the end of the game, gives you a good idea on how you are doing and if you have been improving on regressing and will let you see what kind of team mates you've been paired with/enemies you've been playing at the end of the game.
Gabe said they've been looking into a suitable system and I'm kind of hoping it is out soon.

You made it out you lose every time she is picked and she is picked every game.
What bracket do you play in as a matter of interest as her and the other list of heroes definitely aren't picked every game I play in?
Also she is banned from captains mode due to a skill rework, this happens every time this is done. (This is not to say I don't agree with the notion she is not OP but if someone picks her or say a Riki for example and I'm not hard carry I'll go out of my way to **** on their game and let them achieve nothing. Infact she has a 56% win rate which is slightly high going by the data available to dotabuff but is hardly extraordinary.)
It will obviously take more than one report, I mean I've reported countless people for being nobs, at times I'll be a massive one back and probably have been reported, wouldn't think one report should get me banned for retorting to idiots.
Don't W/Q something you feel your hard carry is in range of killing, if in any doubt kill them and endure people complaining and enjoy your win, Zeus is very fun and powerful in lane or mid.
