*** Official Dota 2 Thread ***

Really looking forward to the games tonight, probably be a few of us on RC watching if people want to come on, might do a quick game during down time also.
 
Ill be watching the games tonight, might drop on rc for a bit normally watch the games on the telly, massive hdmi cables ftw

I've had quite a lot of fun with Dark Seer, Hes a fantastic solo offlaner. And excels late game with his wall especially as the enemy carries get fatter. a lot of people really underestimate how powerful his ion shell is throughout the game which is quite a nice advantage.

Pudge hooking people with Ion shell is devastating :D
 
Hey, come from LoL. Played a couple games of dota 2 and looking to play a couple more. (Still a LoL player too).
I joined a channel OcUK, am I right to say this is the forums channel? I asked in chat, however at time of typing this, no one replied to me.

Anyway, looking to play a couple games to get more experience, and some inhouse games if any are going and looking for +1 player. Used to play Dota quite a lot back in the day, so it's been a case of just remembering a lot of the champs and there abilities, but stil a big noob.

Looking to make a proper attempt to get into this again. Been watching TI3 a lot and must say, it's fantastic, and that's coming from someone who has only played about 5 competitive matches. Would be interested in joining up with some peeps sometime (steam account is in my sig). I know roughly the mechanics from the 15 hours or so I've played, still a complete noob though so any help would be greatly appreciated :)

There's a lot of new people playing at the moment so shouldn't be hard finding some people to play with, there's at least 4 from this thread that have just started.
