Bit of a necro, but figured this was as good a place as any to ask...

Would anybody more enlightened be able to tell me if this:

Will suffice to replace one of these:

I'm trying to resurrect a dead motherboard, and I think the FET is the problem (it gets really hot and the board doesn't power on, so I think it's shorting) but for the life of me can't find a P06P03G/P06P03LCG in the UK anywhere.

The second link (original component) has higher current ratings and much lower Rds-on (low is good). So I would suggest it's not quite up to spec. More comparison might be worthwhile.

Thanks dude. I bit the bullet and ordered some P0603G FETs from China in the end. They'll take eons to get here but at least they'll be the right ones.

Worth it IMO - if I can't find a like for like replacement, I like to be confident I've overspecced instead. And I was having trouble finding a good replacement the right size.
