*** Official F1 2010 Time Trials Thread ***

I'm in the 27s as well. Ill post my times when I get home tonight.

You guys must have noticed the massive amount of grip you have on this track in the wet. It's amazing.

This game is so weird. You set a good time with the feeling that you could do more, so you leave it for later. When later arrives and you start doing some laps you can never get back up to the pace you had before you left. This seems to happen to me a lot, until a few days later when suddenly I bang in a stonking lap out of nowhere

Basically I'm struggling to hit the high 26s with the same setup. :(

yeh ive had that feeling, and this track is really strange some corners you can be well off line and with 2 wheel on the grass and then on another corner you dip 1 wheel off and its a invalidated lap. thats whats annoying me the most with this track. ive clocked a about the same time as you but i had 1 wheel off in the second last corner and it didnt allow it. dont think i can beat your time though so well done for now :)

Got close to myself this morning with a 1:26.577 but I just can't find any more speed. I've tried less front wing (currently 3) and more front wing. changing the camber, suspension, balance but nothing gives me more speed.

I really do love this track, it flows perfectly from one corner to the next for me. Shame I have hit my skill wall. Just waiting on inam or merlin posting a 1:25.xxx :p

Nah Sparc, it's all yours mate and well done :) I haven't done any driving this week, been busy and also quite tired. I did do a 'trotaround' a few days ago which got me a 1:36 and was then ready to 'drive' the circuit properly but never got around to it. I'm out all day tomorrow too. I might get a chance to do a few laps at monza in the wet (race dept's current TT) since it's shorter and fresher in the mind, but probably not.
