Shocked and disgusted at the shortage of threads about this!

I for one am looking forward to the game as I am a huge Fable fan. Not such a crazy fan of Peter Molyneux... Bit enthusiastic and over hypes what he is actually going to do. But that aside! Can't wait.

Let the discussions begin!

Looking forward this i got the CE on preorder. I completed fable 2 but never got round to finishing the first one which i though was a lot better.

I enjoyed the first 2 fable games but I'm not too sure about the whole "touch mechanic" that they are putting into the game,

Sounds like another one of peter molyneux's crazy but crappy ideas again

I haven't played 1 or 2 but have seen the adverts on youtube and increadibly intrigued.

Will not playing the others severely effect my gameplay? No Xbox so unable to buy them.
Oh and any news on release date? Heared it got pushed back.

Just realised this was the console section...derp.

Peter Molyneux was always someone who'd talk a good talk about all his games, and then half the stuff he mentioned never made it into the game, or wasn't even possible with the tech they had..

Codemasters are bad for this, but Peter Molyneux is the worst... And how come fable II isn't on PC yet this is? Microsoft Game studios can't really decide can they.. Gears of War was on PC, yet the third wasn't, fable II wasn't on PC, yet this is.. lol

anyhow, fable II was a good game but got too many on the go at the moment so be giving this one a miss at the moment..

Looking forward to the release! Fable 2 is one of the few games I've completed in the last couple of years; hoping Fable 3 is even better. :)

I liked the second game and I for one shall be getting the third.

Lionhead deliberately stayed on the lowdown for this game, so they could avoid hyping it. It's a noble thing to do - especially as they run the risk of selling hardly any copies.

Agreed on both points. Really enjoyed number 2. This may have to wait until I return from Japan at the end of November though to dedicate some weekend time to it.

Hopefully cheaper by then (although I doubt it, approaching Christmas, dammit). :/

I'm dying to play this! I never got to finish Fable 2 because my Xbox bricked itself and I've only just bought a new one, especially to play this. How sad is that? :D

Not sad at all, they are fun and great games! Entertaining!
