Hold on, does the physical copy actually contain the game data on separate DVDs or is it just a single DVD with the steam installer on it?

I wonder if it is worth whacking 10 on intelligence as it says you gain more experience.

Last time I went for strength a lot as I like going around punching things and being able to carry a lot of things. This time I will leave strength as 1 and use it on other things and build it up later.

Not a game breaking spoiler, just about a perk, but don't want people crying so I put a spoiler tag on it:

I do like the idea of sticking 8 in Luck just to get that Critical Banker perk

Yeah, you are right. I decided to to 10 in the end anyway. But it really does look like a very good perk, so will make sure I get it at the start.

And do not bother reading reviews or pay much attention to people whining. If you enjoyed Fallout 3 or Vegas, you will enjoy this in my opinion.

I kind of enjoyed FA3, but the clunky aiming with a controller annoyed me. Didn't play more than 5 minutes of New Vegas. So no, I've not really played those.

In that case probably don't bother or wait and watch some youtube videos or something and see how you feel. Can always buy it on steam and get refund if you do not like it.

I would say play it with KB&M, that is what I will be doing. I can imagine it not being as much fun on a controller.

I play 90% of games on the sofa with the controller.

I enjoyed the wasteland feel of FO3, having to scavenge around to live. Remember coming across a supermarket that was filled with bandits. After taking them out, I had water etc, was the first time I was properly hooked as it felt like a wasteland.
