just managed to get 8 players out of my starting 11 for 20K

all in the correct formation, just need to change pandev from CF to CAM

Cavani alone usually sells for 20K, so i beasically got like 7 players for free, either this is the best time to buy players or prices have dropped dramatically on ps3.

yes i know, i think theres an elite few, who have many millions of coins, who buy every version of certain players, then push their prices up.

i lost so much money when i went to sell my serie A team last time round in the 50K region easily, etoo and milito had dropped by like 15K each.
 
I just upped a load of my Spanish and Brazil players, i'm sticking with my ELP and Serie A teams.

Anyone want to trade? I am looking for Rooney, Lampard, Bosingwa, IF Hernandez, Vidic, Ferdinand or what do you have?

I have listed Villa, Xavi, Iniesta, Ramos, Casillas, Puyol, IF Navas, Alonso, IF Pedro, Pique, Kaka, Alves...

Clichy is a pretty good lb imo, I've had Evra for 2 games and I'm not sure that he was worth the extra $$. Never played with Cole myself.

A fair bit of rotation happens at the moment to stay fit.

Much the same as you have been wondering if there is a better CDM than yaya as he doesn't have tremendous pace, not quite worked that out yet. Let me know how those CDM options you have turn out.


Also Sagna I'm not sure was worth it over Micah richards but again only had him for a couple matches so far. May try Glen at RB but I hated him in manager mode.

im not buying just yet, im building a shortlist, then i will aim to improve my team until i have the best in every position.

so i rate them in order and go for what i can afford until i upgrade.

in the 6 defending positions i normally go for pace first then def, nothing else matters, imo.

Ramires ------ Anderson (hargreaves)

Evra ---- Toure --- Kompany --- Johnson

this is what im thinking now both CDM's have poor defense, but they usually have enough pace to get the job done. i had them both in my brazil team.

essien is probably the best but he costs so much, that i cant afford to blow that amount on a CDM, a striker or a CB yeah, but not a CDM.
 
Anderson as CDM? At one point, in Manager mode, I played him on the LW. He was much better going forwards than back
 
sonny I have seen quite a few lucios go for around 30k. Who said anything about paying 50k.

are you going by BINs?

also what's better, IF cavani or the UP one?

Every time I play him each game there's usually a few swapsies of positions on the pitch for different players, makes it a pain when I swap wingers and STs etc accordingly hah!

I personally like to have a few squads, and different players for each squad that are different types so I can play different ways. It keeps it more fun and interesting, and is always good for fitness.

Anderson plays well in either CAM/CDM/CM imo, always did well in MM.

I don't agree on the 'pace/def' and nothing else matters thing.

I want a CDM that can pick the ball up, that can make a tackle, that can also make the tackle and vitally pass out from the back, one that can also bring the ball forward with a good dribble on them. De Rossi/Masch are my current faves.

I've had CDMs that can't pass for jack and it makes the overall game suffer completely because if they can't get it out then it's irrelevant if they get back to make the tackle.
