Will probably sell Tevez from my prem team to fund the rest of the team.
due to your style of play and the fact you like to do tricks, i would get Menez (CF version) if there is 1 on the market or get the CAM and conver to to CF (should cost 150 coins i think), and play him as right ST to partner Cavani, it costs too much to make him an ST (so dont bother trying to make him into an ST will cost you upwards of 5K) and he is like 750 coins so when you go to sell him its a big loss, he is both footed, can do amazing skills, ball sticks to his feet, can switch and turn like Messi, and can do a fairly decent finesse shot with his right and non finesse shots with both feet. his chemistry will take a small hit, but all the good things about him will make up for it.
Santon as a RB, he is the 2nd best in Serie A and there are 2 versions of him 1 for inter and 1 for some other team, Maicon is the best and i managed to get him for 65K the other day (bargain he is usually 80K+).
also if your selling Tevez, get Dzeko as your lone striker, he has finesse shots from outside the box so if you cant get past using his slow pace, you can take shots from outside the box, his finishing is high so good inside the box too and heading is probably the best or thereabouts in the EPL, i tried adebayor and he was poor in comparison, never tried carrol but all his other stats look crap.
to keep things cheap use Frey (83 rated) in goals and less than 1K, that way you can spend more on outfield players he is extremely good and hard to beat.
as for midfielders, you will probably want the likes of someone fast with good passing at the sides and high skill moves, just do a search.
Cambiasso is a god when it comes to defensive duties, i honestly havent seen anyone better, and ive used Essien, Toure, Diarra, etc. He is always int he right place at the right time, he picks up so many loose passes, its as if he mind ***** the other player.

, sixty something shot, but he is strong, shocking passer too, when you have the likes of IF yaya and Essien, hes not too good.
