Same here, I've tried a few 1 striker formations and none of them have worked for me.

I feel like a switch from la liga, I haven't really tried an EPL team yet, built one briefly but didn't use it much, might give it a go using 4312 or 41212 having not used either before :)

Anyone fancy building me an EPL team on for 400k? Can't do it at work unfortunately. Would quite like Drogba in there, but he'd eat up too many coins I guess. :confused:
 
I can't work with one man up front either as I like my 1-2's. I just got destroyed by someone with 4-5-1 though. Eto up front just kept lobbing it over, Eto would then hold it up for 5 midfielders running forward to smash it in.

I also just checked my mail recieved box for the first time in awhile. Some of the abuse after I have won is amazing. Threats of rape to my first born etc. lol

Richards (5k) - IF Cahill (30k) - IF Onuoha (70k) - Evra (30k)
Essien (32.5k)
IF Tchoyi (10k) - UP Nani (17.5k)
UP Nasri (17.5k)
IF Jones (30k) - IF Ba (45k)

That leaves 110k left over so would be a struggle to squeeze Drogba in but you could upgrade other positions as you see fit.

Is Nasri better than Silva? I've not tried Nasri, but have found Silva to be a tidy little player! How much is IF Tevez?
 
Really getting to grips with my team now, Chiellini is such a beast! Him and UP Silva are a beast of a combo, wish I could afford both IF versions :o So glad I sold IF Mexes (Roma) for 30k before the UP version (Milan) came out with EXACT same stats :eek:

A minute ago online I even scored a header with Lavezzi....against Pique :D beat him 5-0 with a fairly good La Liga side! Also beat someone 2-1 earlier who had a full IF Bundesliga side. I like the idea of a full IF side and it seems the German league is good if you want to do that but I think their defenders (even IF's) are a bit suspect you know.

who was that cb partnered with nesta. Man was a beast!

btw I have 75k with 50k sitting in the trade pile, what serie a or epl 4312 team would one make?
 
Sorry mate, sent an inv but got no reply, so went to stab things on prototype for 20 mins before bed :D

The guy next to Nesta was TOTY Ranocchia, felt the team were terrible overall tonight, couldn't make chances couldn't finish anything they did make, very not happy with the team right now!!
