I always found the best setup for grid cars was stability control off and the others (ABS) on. :S Was able to come first on extreme difficulty in everything fairly easily (except for the drift GPs which were ridiculous)

Yeah this is what I am finding now. Just need to take out the dead spots in the steering and it will be set up right. Am getting better and won my first races on the Muscle Cars races.

Some good and encouraging info.

car handling on the hard level is as real as you can get, especially of you're using a steering wheel and pedals.

yes they sound exactly like the 2010 season cars. The main amazing point about this game is just how realistic it is!!

First proper reviews online Thursday and Friday :)

I see the new ATI drivers have been released and in the release notes it mentions F1 2010 profile has been added. What does this mean ?

Shopto.net have stopped pre-orders for the PC version of this as of yesterday evening, so Codemasters were telling the truth

What a stupid decision.

In the long run I can only see this hurting sales. A lot of people won't think, "well, I can buy it on Steam". However, I remember this happening with Overlord 2. Went into the store on a whim and the guy informed me that I was lucky to pick one up because they had received hardly any copies (just 1 left on the shelves). Hope it isn't because of poor sales, but hopefully they will still make enough on the PC to continue to support it. They are expecting to sell 500k-1million units on the first day across all platforms. Not bad at all.
