I just gave those colour adjustments a quick go - amazing the difference really! Ok, perhaps a little oversaturated, but a lot better in my books. Australia looks amazingly vibrant now!

Which drivers are you running? The latest beta ones have been superb for me.

260.63 beta helped with frame rate but still have frame skip..also no matter what setting i run low or ultra full grid or not same performance

Looks nice, hopefully they release a slightly less OTT mod as well. My attempts at changing ti went drastically wrong

I've started to mess around with the colours myself after getting that light mod for the 5 tracks.

I've started with Silverstone, I know we get rubbish weather compared to the rest of the world but oh my goodness Silverstone looks .. well, it looks grey !

@twoodster: Go have a look a Monaco with that mod pack ... sure it's a little OTT but damn it looks awesome.

It's a shame you cannot get that sort of setting from the ingame menu.

Puncture nearly lost me the race, but luckily fresh rubber for the last 4 laps helped me gain 3+ seconds per lap and regain the lead with about 3 corners left

Expecting another puncture on that last lap couse the game hates me

can someone point me to the cheapest digital copy. Or failing that can someone gift me the game bought in UKP and I'll give them the money via paypal as it's showing as 30 quid from codemasters but 45€ on steam for me (damned eurozone )

I love those screenshots, look so much better! Wonder what it looks like in the rain though

I've also decided to stay clear of single player for now, I think this game needs patching before I can really get on with it. Stuff just doesn't add up at the moment.

Just used the lighting pack on australia.... HOLY CRAP MY EYES HURT! That's way too bright. I'll give monaco a look now

Well I've had a play about and thought this was better. I can't make it look as good as the person has with Melbourne though. I think I need to play about with the sun direction to make it look even better. But for now this is what I have.

Would agree that the default colours are somewhat greyish or drab but the mods make it look too cartoonish for me. I'm sticking with default settings.

If it starts raining during a race, how to I swap tyre types.

Every time i pit, they keep sticking primes on !
