I'm getting that,except mine has text on the left side basically asking if i want to link accounts?..but then doesn't show a YES or NO to choose.

Here comes GFWL all over again..hate all these social crap.

You shouldn't really be caring what requirements any game has with that spec, plus everyone like different options on/off. I get 80-130+ depending on the area but I turn off all that crap post processing which free's up a fair bit of fps!

I have downloaded this onto a 120gb SSD, Will this Unpack ok ? There is nothing else on this drive its my GTA Drive. Stuck in the office today itching to leave. I hope it does not need 120gb to unpack etc ?

I have heard the Steam version is a 65GB download, then it needs an extra 65GB to unpack it.

I dont have a Steam version, so I am sure some Steam users will be along to confirm. My version didn't need extra space to unpack, or if it did, the 58GB free space I have was enough to deal with it.

I'm running 280x xfire and it's perfect at 1080p maxed out. Getting a fairly solid 60fps. Happy as Larry! The cards aren't even running at full pelt, they should cope with 1440p or even 4k with a few settings knocked down I should think.

Oh but I do. I have Chronic purchase justification syndrome, tied with acute and constant upgraditis. It's a wicked combination. :D

80-130 on a 970 @ 1440 bodes well, cheers!
 
What the heck is happening to my memory? I had like 20GB free last night. This morning it had all vanished. I freed up another 20GB or so and its jumped to 500MB left while its installing. Freed up yet another 30GB. Hopefully this will be enough, running out of stuff I'm willing to uninstall :/
 
Logged in this morning, messed around with video options. I noticed that it seems to detect the video memory on both cards, is that some sort of bug?

I can’t play the game though, as soon as I tried to run the bench test or play the game I get ERR_GEN_ZLIB_2 ERROR. After a quick search, it seems I need to download and re-install. I left it downloading this morning. Bit frustrated, feel sorry for people with poor internet that have the same problem.

Same happened to me. Must double the size while it decrypts or whatever. The recommended drive space should be 114gb instead of 65gb :mad:. I stuck a spare ssd in my pc just for this game, but the 120gb ssd shows as 111gb in windows, so it's not big enough to install the game lol.

Will get a 500gb ssd next time there's a good offer on.

There seems to be a tutorial here on how to work around it :/ the game needs at least 120gb to install ffs.
 
Impressed so far, getting some decent performance.

Anyone know why when I enter the 'interactive menu' for GPS whilst in-car, using 'M', the car effectively parks itself and won't get in gear unless I hit reverse first?
 
Guys if you have games you don't play as often, you can move the game folder to another drive but still keep functionality of the program that uses it. It won't run as fast unless your other drive is also an SSD but it means you dont have to uninstall all your games. I moved BF4 yesterday and origin does not evewn know the difference.

1kiwi1 pointed me in the direction of the yourube vid and the method works like a charm :) Can't believe I didnt already know about this, but there you go - you learn something new every day :)

Just in case anyone has the same problem i had:

I launched the game and played the intro mission but was getting horrendous input lag. I tried lowering setting and had no effect. Turning Vsync to off solved it.
