Okies unless you want to redo the first one with me? It'll have less ramming and hacks in it without chippy
Followed the tutorial and it fails on launch for me. I don't seem to be the only one having issues.
Yeh I put it in but not sure how to remove it now as it's not that easy to figure our which files it has added
Is there a way to repair game files like in origin/stream?

I completed that one thanks to some very patient OcUKr's yesterday. My heli flying is worse than shocking but made it, just.
hmm sorry dude, I was told it was 1.75 times larger, just didnt bother following it up, guess I should have lol.
The stupid thing is I was supposed to be in the heli the time I parafailed. You lot told me to turn round and meet you on the runway in the plane (which was a close shave in it's own right), when I was supposed to be giving the plane cover in the heli!
You sound salty Josh
Josh. Maybe it will be a good idea if in the OP you can edit in a performance suggestions section and list the "turn vsync off ingame and use adaptive vsync in nvidia drivers panel" as it looks like others are finding what i found after awhile. I keep mentioning it in the forum but it gets lost as pages go by so quick. Just a idea so i dont have to repeat it all the time. And obviously stick this one in the nvidia only section as it looks like amd users have trouble enabling vsync forced through drivers with this game.
Was forced into a Rally type online race mode last night, what a joke that was!
Particularly given I'd muted in-game voice chat to avoid the unnecessary background noise, only to not be able to hear my co-driver's driving directions. I didn't get any directional arrows as alternative guidance either!
Unofficial TS server down Josh?
For me msaa was the killer for fps when I got to Trevor area. City was fine but msaa wasn't welcome come Trevor territory.
I have just played the first 5 odd minutes of the game and it hasn't wowed as GTA4 did. Things like shooting wheels just ping off like they are made of concrete instead of the tires popping then coming off then leaving rims which scrape on the floor.
I really hope this general level of detail has not been taken away from the whole game
I'm getting it in game, not just the intro. On a scale of 1-10 probably a 6 for how bad it is. Can't really play without it irritating me. I've turned it off in the Nvidia settings now.
I have the refresh rate set to 59hz in game (no option for 60) I'm using a Dell U2711 which is 60hz.
I can live with just loading up the game and switching to half and back to on in order to get it working each time, but if there is a fix it would be helpful.
I've found Adaptive Vsync to work best. No screen tearing minimal input lag if at all, and definitely sticks around 60 fps.
I was happy with my settings, happily playing away. Then I decided to fiddle. Now I am no longer happy!
