Some people find ramming others and trolling fun. I personally don't but who am I to judge those who do? If someone wants to be a wind up merchant and you get wound up - they win. Suck it up and let your ability in the game do the talking

But at the end of the day, isn't all fun on a game usually at the expense of others in one way or another?

Sorry I was talking to Nexus, but to answer your question, you buy the game & play it the way you want too,

But doesn't mean I have to play with those people, and as for "your ability in the game" that gets ever so slightly hampered when someone is setting out to ram you off the road at any given opportunity.

What I was saying is that if you are going to troll I won'the joining the races.

You bought the game play it how you like, I will be racing even if I always lose, I don't enjoy quitting even if I'm going to finish dead last all play list.

Question:

I have read on a few places that the x360 headet and mic, can be plugged into the x360 controller for PC and it works.

Can anyone confirm if this does work? I want to jump on TS tonight and play online but due to work I cant get to the shops to get a proper headset tonight.

Should work fine, think you have to set it to Push to Talk though.

Both patches done in seconds for me, not sure what the drama is.

SUPERB FUN TONIGHT!

Longbow got me good on one map, both side by side pushing and I get rammed straight into a dumpster

Was great fun, Longbows ram was 10/10 I was next to him and it looked brutal!

Quick question has anyone got a PS4 controller working with the PC version?

I want a new wireless controller.

No other game - since BF3 - has brought TFU together. It's a shame some missions are only for four

I'm using a PS4 controller connected via bluetooth using a free program called inputmapper. It even allows you to remap the touchpad click to PTT for teamspeak. The button prompts will still be for an xbox however.

Ahhh Rammix, good man. Going to buy a PS4 Controller in town today, what else do I need then?

Assuming you already have bluetooth, Just input mapper and you're good to go. To get the PTT working took me a while but I'll talk you through it on TS later if you can't work it out.

Nah need a Bluetooth adapter, the world of the "Purple Shirted people" have a Belkin one I will grab and then get the controller from the big catalogue company.

OK so when you've installed the bluetooth adapter you'll need to put the controller in pairing mode by holding the ps and share buttons together until the light bar starts to flash rapidly, then search for it on the PC, pair and you're good to go. Any problems give me shout, but I'm sure you'll work it out.

The graphical differences between PS4 and PC are minimal tbh.

Depends what res and settings you're using because at 1440p maxed out it looks far better than the PS4 version.

This! Even at 1080p with everything on "Very High" it looks so much better.

Was talking to Tony last night, he has played around with his settings.

Tested them out this morning, they work very well.

FXAA on, PostFX on, DOF on, MSAA off, VSYNC on, with these settings on my 780 I was getting a steady 60fps @ 1080p.

I added MSAAx2 as I could see some jaggies, still getting a solid 60.

Turn MFAA on, for extra MSAA for free!

Those are pretty much the settings Im using. I have adaptive vsynch on tho as it's better than just vanilla vsynch.

I don't have the option to enable MFAA on my 780, the option isn't there.

I thought it was only for 9**/Maxwell series cards.

To be honest the only way to play heist is on TS. CBA with ranndoms.

Let me know if you have a team and I'll give you the "Private Channel" password so you can have some peace to do it bud.

Didn't realise that Server Admin could override the password functions.

I'd rather code for 12h straight that try to figure out TS3 Permissions.

Nah it's cool as long as admins are in there I don't mind, just surprised.

I made it as a Heists Channel so you don't get 12 people all speaking at once when you need to hear Lester etc

If you need the password for other users let me know.

Maybe create 1 or two more? just name them Heist Lobby or something?

Good idea, will create 3 Heists channels and leave a private one for the admins to invite too.

Will set the max amount of users to 4.
