***Official GTAV PC Thread*** [Important warning updated in the OP]

Its funny how so much unintentionally dumb stuff can happen that usually ends up with a funny outcome, i dropped a grenade, it blew a car up, ambulance arrives on the scene runs into the burning car setting it on fire, paramedics get out and set themselves on fire which causes a chain reaction with about 3 or 4 other cars blowing up then then a load of 4 star cops hunting me down.

Mirillis action users

If you find you can't launch the Rockstar social club quit mirillis, close down the social club (it'll probably crash anyway) and then re-launch, you'll probably find the game loads fine now and you can jump back to the desktop and launch Mirillis now.

smooth as butter

Butter really isn't that smooth - infact it's often a complete pain to cut through which is why some firms began to market 'spreadable' butter substitutes. It's odd really that 'smooth as butter' has become a 'thing', probably as a variant of 'smoother than a hot knife through butter' though losing it's meaning without the reference to the hot knife.

Dunno if posted yet but for mouse users i would advise you up your dpi if you can and also go to kb and mouse settings and change from raw to direct for much better reaction time for shooting. Not tried the windows setting ingame for mouse after direct tho seems like it may work too.

Just was sick of the mouse smoothing feeling with the game and so looked at how to fix it somewhat and i got close to it with above advice.

Hope it helps.

Was playing at 6040x1080 earlier on 3 monitors, looks incredible and can't believe how detailed it is. One OC'd 980 powering it at max settings (as far as I can tell).
